Gregory Howe


Gregory Howe is a producer, engineer, musician and owner and founder of Wide Hive Records.  After growing up in Santa Barbara and graduating high school, Howe attended Williams College in Massachusetts where he majored in political and environmental science and played baseball.  After college Howe moved to the Bay Area where he worked in grass roots environmental causes like Calpirg, Patagonia and on-site hazmat remediation projects.  Simultaneously he started a band and performed regularly for five years while also recording local artists in his living room with a fledgling studio.  Twenty years later Howe is an accomplished producer who has released over thirty albums through Wide Hive Records.
